How can I persuade my parents to let me live with my grandma?

So I recently moved. My mom had a baby, we have a new house, we go to new schools, everything changed. My mom stayed the same though- horrible to me. My dad has physically abused me before, throwing me into walls, slapping me, letting me fall down stairs. I'm scared to even be around him or talk to him anymore, but he ignores me alot and spoils my brother. My grandma lives 5 minutes away from where I used to live. I miss my friends and my grandma so much, and I had a horrible year at my new school. My dad mentioned me moving in with my grandma when my mom was yelling at me, so I stayed with this idea of that I'd move during this summer. Then my therapist tells me the last meeting with my parents she had, they said moving was never an option for me. I feel so tricked, I feel hopeless, my parents even say I'm ruining their lives and making them go crazy. I don't know what to do anymore.
