My doctor stated I have bilateral pyelocaliectasis what exactly does this mean?

I was admitted in the ER with both sides of my kidneys in pain. Doctors said my kidneys were inflammed but no kidney stones and sent me home with antibiotics and to follow up with a urologist should I be worried?
