Protein and Leukocytes in urine?

I'm 33 weeks pregnant and I have to do at home dipstick urine tests. Today my test showed that my Leukocytes were +3 and my Protein +1. I don't have an infection because I just got tested for infection a few days ago and it came back negative. Today I started having diarrhea, nausea, and headache. Also I've been having pain under my armpits, to the sides of my breasts for a week now, and it started getting worst yesterday. (And it's not breast pain) I have mild to moderate Bilateral Hydronephrosis. My mother had pre-eclampsia and I'm worried about the protein in my urine.
