Reddish spots on penis?

recently i had FESS and excision of bilateral concha bullosa,in the post op day i had been given IV methyl prednisolone for an suspected eye infection which turned out to be viral keratitis for which i am using acyclovir oint in my eye.i was on cefpodoxime,levocetrizine,montelukast,an… multivitamins.most of my medicines are over now.now i am noticing rashes on my chest(3-4) and there are few reddish spots on glans penis and inflammed foreskin parts.is it due to some drug reaction or an infection ? should i try miconazole locally?
