Should India help out the Pakis by resuming bilateral cricket ties with them? Why?

By harping on resumption of bilateral cricket ties with India, the PCB is displaying its weakness and helplessness. I think it is a golden chance for India to strike a really hard bargain with the Paki Government on the back of this initiative; I am pretty certain this is what must have been in the minds of our PM and MES bosses when the affirmation was indicated to Gillani during his visit. With further erosion in Pak credibility after the Osama episode, the iron is really hot and it may be the right time to squeeze out the best deal, for instance, like an acquiescence to hunt down and kill Dawood and/or Hafeez inside their wellknown Pak hideouts.
