Treatment for Bilateral Hydronephrosis when 32 weeks pregnant?

I'm 32 weeks pregnant and have Bilateral Hydronephrosis, with it worst in my right side then in my left. I've also got an infection happening too. I've had problems for 3 weeks now, with the pain getting worst and worst. I can't take antibiotics because I've had bad reactions to the 5 kinds they've put me on this pregnancy. Does anyone know what they might do to relieve the pain, and get rid of the infection. I've had problem after problem with this pregnancy, and I've already had steroid shots to speed up his lungs when I was 28 weeks, 2 weeks ago I had contractions that stopped after a few hours and I',m just worried about what they'll do to treat me without hurting the baby.
