MRI question and back pain?

I had an mri and wondering what it means it says in conclusions I have multilevel spondylosis without cord compression including posterolateral right at c3-4, bilateral osteophytes at c4-5 with mild foaminal encroachment. and my hands stay tingling constantly all day and back pain
