Returning from Germany Early.?

I had a baby a few months ago who was born with a bilateral cleft lip/palate.. My husband is done here in Germany in a little over a year but I want to return home early so my son can have a consistent medical team instead of leaving mid-way through his surgeries.. & also for the support of my family. I've heard of Early return of dependents but that just sounds impossible to get approved for.. so my question is, if my son & I return home early.. will we still be covered under tricare even though were not in the same place as my husband? Thank You.
